Can it be used in Hot tubs?
Yes but we do not recommend switching on the pumps that rotate water in most hot tubs as most pumps have filters on them which will be too sensitive for Gelli Baff.
What is the difference between Gelli Baff & Squishy Baff?
In the US & Canada, Gelli Baff is sold under the name Squishy Baff. The Squishy Baff package contains additional goo maker & dissolver to make 2 baths of goo. Please be sure to follow the instructions provided with the purchase.
Does Gelli Baff start to breakdown after a period of time?
Gelli Baff/Messy Play is perfectly safe to use for literally weeks! As part of the UK cosmetic testing regulations, it has passed a ‘mould free’ stand test over a 30 day period.
Can packaging be produced in different languages?
Yes, at the moment it is available in English, Spanish, French and Arabic however it can be produced in any language.
How is the product shipped?
That will depend if you are ordering by the box, the pallet/skid or container. All products shipped outside the UK will be at the cost of the receiver. We have established relationships with couriers worldwide & will always endeavour to ensure we ship your order by the most cost effective method possible as per your requirements.

By the box or pallet/skid: Ex works, pre paid in full.
Containers: Ex works, the first two containers to be pre paid in full. Container three onwards 50% paid on order 50% due 60 days from shipping (The 50% - 60 days credit is available providing the appropriate insurance cover is available for your company).
Does Gelli Baff/Messy Play have an expiry date?
Gelli Baff doesn’t really go off but has an official shelf life of 3 years.
Would Gelli Baff be harmful if eaten?
Similar to shampoo or soap, Gelli Baff does not taste particularly nice but won’t do any particular harm.
Does it stain?
The whole theory of Gelli Baff/Messy Play is that you dissolve a powder in water, as such you have a water soluble product, meaning Gelli Baff will not stain baths, carpets, clothes or children.
Can we print our own packaging?
